With an intuitive, lyrical and elemental approach to photography, I aim to capture people in their sincerest and simplest forms, breaking down any pretences to essentially study the human condition. Born and raised in Vancouver, B.C. I have been heavily influenced by this city’s diversity in people, culture and landscape, as it quintessentially demonstrates how many factors come to shape (and confuse) identity.

But what begins with an appreciation of individuality and distinction, through a counteractive process that builds with every frame, becomes a moment of familiarity and oneness learned and communicated instead.

And thus, my photography becomes a celebration of truth and similarity in subtleties so often missed while living life in motion.
